Comfort Suites Mt. Juliet-Nashville Area

This is our third or fourth stay at this location, and we keep coming back for the same reasons. The location is hard to beat, close to the interstate and the airport, which makes traveling with kids much easier. The hotel is very affordable, especially considering the indoor heated pool, which our kids absolutely love, and the free continental breakfast. I find that some rooms are more updated than others. There are still a few areas that could use some refreshing, but for the price, it is difficult to complain. Overall, it is a solid, convenient, and family friendly option that continues to meet our needs.

Mostly well satisfied. Only issue with room is floors were dirty. Breakfast on Monday morning was taken up by 9 am, while people were still coming down to eat. Should stay fully open until 10 am.

We needed to book a hotel last minute that could fit us 7 (2 adults and 5 kiddos) and since we would only need like 8 hours to sleep and thats it wanted somewhere that we didnt need to book two rooms for such a short time. We checked in after midnight and the person at the desk was very nice and helpful. She got us in fast as we were exhausted from driving all day. The room fit us and was clean. Nothing fancy but was great. We all passed out fast and got up at 8 to shower and eat. The breakfast had a great selection and tasted great. The person running that in the morning was very nice as well. The price was great for the short stay and we enjoyed our short stay. Thanks!

Hotel is good.Rooms are spacious. Our bathroom washbasin had drainage issues. Room #312. It was a short one night stay so had no time to follow up etc. Also eish they had more towels in bathroom. Other than that pleasant experience. I wonder if potatoes or something along vegan could be added to breakfast options. That would be super good.

Upon arrival, the TV in our room was not working, and moved away from the wall - the room wasn't quite ready at our early check-in. Friendly, helpful staff promptly moved us to another nearby room - no problems thereafter. This hotel was originally picked for the best price in the area. It turned out to be a very nice place, near shopping and eateries. The location is excellent for checking out the Nashville area, without staying directly in the city. The entrance is a bit hidden in the open - see the picture for the Nashville wall mural. Use GPS on your first visit! I'd gladly stay there again.

Stayed here only 1 night. Wish it could have been longer. Very friendly staff, beautiful room, King suite, next morning, probably the best scrambled eggs I have had at any hotel ever. Breakfast was great, A very friendly young man was cleaning as fast as people were finishing, making room for the next people. Who ever was cooking should be commended. Checkout was quick and easy. Awesome place. One of the best I've ever stayed.

Rooms are furnished as one would expect for an economical style hotel choice. No complaints; just no real bells and whistles. Service thus far (this review is mid-stay) has been great, have had no issues with staff and have spoken with them cordially. Location is a bit off the beaten path; you must take a curved road behind a restaurant to get to it and tbh it would be easy to miss the only road that gives you access to the hotel. That being said, the secluded nature could be a plus for some folks. I will say after staying in a sweet that the accommodations were better than expected; especially that in-room bathroom and shower (surprisingly spacious). Overall, solid choice for a standard hotel experience.

This was my first at ant Comfort Suites and it was excellent some of the best sleep and relaxation that I have ever had. Even though I came down for breakfast late, they still served me and the food was great! I recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
